    /Users/<username>/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Automatically Add to iTunes

if this location doesn't already exist, you can create a folder at that location. When iTunes runs or as files are put in that folder, they are moved into the iTunes library automatically. Edit the folder to rename it and paste in the iTunes icon and you're all set:
