Rebooting will resolve this.

This was not related to the issue mentioned by musicscramble at the top of this thread which was caused by a different (now resolved) issue.

Used a long time the MAS version until i needed the SFTP Upload plugin.

It's supposed to register automatically by detecting your MAS purchase although in rare cases this doesn't work which I'm investigating.
