Since OSX 10.11 removed the "secure erase" command, I have to manually enter the terminal command "srm -v" to secure erase a file or "srm -rv" to erase a directory, by entering the command and then dragging the file on top of the terminal window.

I know its very simple script, but I am not good with coding at all. Can someone create a drop-script to automate this or let me know the correct syntax? Preferably with a confirmation yes/no pop-up right before it performs the secure erase action.

Any help is much appreciated.
