I am planning to rewrite the action from scratch soon to use the Dropbox API. Will post here when this is out.

I am planning to overhaul the Dropbox action and make it work directly with the API rather than the current method. But this is probably a while away, so unfortunately there's no way around this for now.

to enable Dropbox Public folder is required a dropbox pro account. But i have a free dropbox account.

You need to enable Dropbox Public folder by going here: https://www.dropbox.com/enable_public_folder

Then you have to get the right User ID by right clicking a file in the newly created Dropbox public folder and doing 'Copy Public Link'
You can then copy the right User ID out the URL and paste this into UserID field in Dropzone.
