"IMG_xxxx.jpg.exporting" couldn't be moved to "filepromise" because either the former doesn't exist, or the folder containing the latter doesn't exist."

I thought the problem may have been that Photos keeps its full images on iCloud and only downloads thumbnails but currently I have Photos set to download all images locally.

I am using Sierra, dropzone 3.6.3 (938), and am fully up to date with osx.
