Just right click on the action in the grid, click 'Edit' from the popup menu and enter a new name in the 'Name' field.

As an alternative, is it possible to change the names of items in the DropZone grid? It would help to keep the original names on the original files, but to be able to see a shortened version in the DropZone grid.
