			<description><![CDATA[<p>I use a clipboard manager called iClip.&nbsp; I frequently copy images and other files to the clipboard bins.&nbsp; I tried to drag one of the images from the clipboard to a Photoshop Elements app that I installed in Dropzone, but nothing happened.</p><p>Is there some way to get Dropzone to launch Elements and open the graphics file when I drag it?</p>]]></description>
