It means that just like using system-wide sharing sheet you upload only pictures to Twitter by dragging them on its icon or - if you just click on it - you can post status update.

Installed DZ and cannot seem to configure the Twitter action. I'm assuming I will need to provide user / pass combination for Twitter.

Tried to searched forums but the search function returns a Bad Gateway 500 message.

Am I missing a configuration or possibly Twitter support is not available?
