I am an avid Evernote user, and with the Evernote application installed all you need to do is create an application destination for Evernote and it works great. I would imagine a small modification to the "Zip and Email" destination could allow for an email to Evernote as well.

I have the Evernote App installed. I am not sure how to use Dropbox to transfer files. It would be really cool if I could drop straight to a particular folder.
