Using Dropzone with clipboard files

I use a clipboard manager called iClip.  I frequently copy images and other files to the clipboard bins.  I tried to drag one of the images from the clipboard to a Photoshop Elements app that I installed in Dropzone, but nothing happened.

Is there some way to get Dropzone to launch Elements and open the graphics file when I drag it?
