While I the problem the issue of supporting thousands of printer options, there are a few central options that should be addressed. The most relevant of these would be the option to choose the paper size. Currently, I can't seem to persuade the Print extension to print A4 sized pages (The most common print-size on earth) only Letter sized pages (the most common print size in North America). Could you add support for paper size? Or does it already exist and I've blundered by it blindly?
