Thanks and understood. I was just wondering whether the error message of "The application "Dropzone 4" does not have permission to open "(null)". is a security setting within the mac preferences that I can change?

Hi there,
I use parallels on mac to allow me to have both OSX and Windows 11 running. My email is Outlook and this is on the Windows 11 side. Dropzone correctly picks up and adds the email shortcut, but any attempt to use this brings up an error message:
"The application "Dropzone 4" does not have permission to open "(null)"."
Any suggestions as to how I can give permission to DZ4?
